Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it. Ever.
What we collect
When you submit the growth-audit form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, company name, and a description of what you're scaling. We don't buy data about you, and we don't sell or share what you give us.
How we use it
We use your submission for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, running that engagement. Your details go into our lead records and our CRM so a real person can follow up. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics & what we store in your browser
We run our own analytics rather than a third-party ad or tracking network — no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, and no cookies. To tell one visit from another we store three keys in your browser: “_tmmt_v”, a random visitor id kept in local storage; “_tmmt_s”, a random session id that disappears when you close the tab; and “_tmmt_utm”, the campaign tags from the link that brought you here, also cleared with the tab. None of these contain your name or email. We record page views, clicks and form submissions against those ids, and our server derives a salted hash of your IP address for spam and bot filtering — the raw address is never stored. Clearing your site data removes all three keys.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our secured database and CRM systems, accessible only to our team. We keep them for as long as they're relevant to an active or potential engagement, and no more than 12 months after our last contact with you unless you have become a client. Analytics records are kept for 6 months.
Your choices
Want your information corrected or deleted? Send us a note through the contact form on the homepage and we'll take care of it promptly — you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. If we ever email you anything beyond a reply to your own enquiry, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update is published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
